Please note:

1.     Registration fees include 1 lunch and 2 snacks for each day of the conference, as well as a conference kit & certificate of attendance.

2.     Early bird rates are for those who will be able to register on or before 30 June 2014, 11:00 pm (Philippine Standard Time).

3.    Special meals may be arranged for vegetarians and those with food allergies. Please inform organizers before 15 July 2014 if you have any dietary restrictions so that the necessary preparations can be made.

Payment Process:
1. Over the counter payments can be done via any Metrobank branch (for local participants)

2. Get the Payment Slip (green slip) and accomplish the required information:
     Company Name: Ateneo de Manila University
     Subscriber Name: Name of the participant
     Subscriber Number: 182
     Mode of Payment: Cash or Check
     Amount of Payment: conference fee amount
     NOTE: Slips are to be accomplished in duplicate copies. 

3. Present payment slip to the Metrobank tellers together with the cash/check.

4. Email a copy of the payment slip to uncoveringdisasters@gmail.com together with your name, institution represented, designation, and contact number (IF YOU HAVEN'T FILLED OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM ON THE WEBSITE). Official receipts will be given at the conference.

5. Wait for our acknowledgement email.

  6. Mr. Flores, I was trying to register today but the form was failing (form over quota). Is there an alternate way of registering so I can still avail of the early bird rate?

  7. Hi sir Beaver,

    I would like to attend the conference on disaster journ and risk comm; however, I was only allowed to miss work for a day. If I avail of the one-day rate, would I still be able to get a certificate of attendance, or must I attend for two days to receive the certificate?

    Wasn't able to ask you about this after class yesterday because my sister was waiting for me :) thanks, sir!
